  • Good exposure in fixture maintenance activities. –
  • Design knowledge about fixture.
  • MIG & ARC welding knowledge for correction in fixture modifications.
  • New fixture installation knowledge.
  • Kaizen/error-proof/pokayoke improvement knowledge.
  • Spare management.
  • Internal/External audits.
  • Ensuring zero downtime & knowledge of all equipment through PM.
